Systemic Constellation
Systemic constellation is a technique that was developed by Bert Hellinger and involves the observation and restoration of the orders of love in family systems and other systems, which in turn originate from the bioelectromagnetic interaction of the beings involved, forming the so-called biomorphological fields. We are all inserted in family and interpersonal nuclei, the constellation works these relationships, recognizing, giving belonging and reestablishing the bonds of affection and/or good coexistence from the work on top of the stories of the families, of the entanglements that may have happened.
What is Systemic or Family Constellation?
Systemic or Family Therapy is therapeutic technique that uses a systemic and phenomenological approach to deal with many different problems - that can have an infinitude of causes, like intense emotions, interpersonal relationships, recurring generational physical ailment. It's a technique that directly works with the family system's energy, with the intention to restore it's original state of balance in unconditional love.
In the words of Bert Hellinger, its creator, “In systemic family therapy, it is a question of finding out if there is someone in the extended family system who is entangled in the destinies of previous members of that family.”
And, by entanglement, he explains that it is the reproduction of experiences of a family member who lived before the person who is experiencing the conflict today.
It is an unconscious process, demonstrating that, for the highest quality of conflict resolution, there is a need to observe the unconscious interactions on the person, which is part of the group and family system to which they belong to
And belonging plays a major role in the repetition of negative patterns (such as alcoholism, addictions, diseases): The systems have a group consciousness that is self-healing, then it uses different members of the family to include the ones that have been excluded through rejection or lack of recognition, thus creating an entanglement.
So Family Constellation has the objective to bring back belonging and restore the hierarchical roles to every excluded family member, so that the whole system is able to restore balance and exist in healthy vibrational state.
What is Systemic Constellation of Companies?
Any group of human beings can be considered a systemic group, because they are interacting and exchaging energy and dynamics from their own families of origin
That's why it's important also possible to use systemic family therapy to be able to understand the dynamics that are at play - from a conflict resolution point of view but also to study possible unfolding of circumstances based on how much positive potential a person could contribute (or not, sometimes there could be creating disarmony) to a group of people.
So, Family or Systemic Constellation can be used as a useful tool to solve internal conflicts of a company or as a mean to test out compatibility between possible candidates for positions within the companies. Or even new products or services that are being in a lauching process.
